How seats and tokens differ: Seats and tokens are billed on different units. Price is charged per seat, but the monthly AI token allowance is a single workspace-wide pool shared across all seats — it is not a per-seat grant. Adding a seat adds a seat charge; it does not add tokens to the pool.

Are AI tokens allocated per seat or per workspace?expand_more
Per workspace. Each tier includes one monthly token pool that every seat in the workspace draws from, while the price is charged per seat. The allowance is not multiplied by seat count, so a Professional workspace with 5 seats and one with 20 seats both start from the same 100,000-token monthly pool.
What are AI tokens?expand_more
Tokens meter AI-assisted generation and automation (content drafts, SEO analysis assists, social copy, PR drafts). The included allowance is a workspace-wide monthly pool shared across all seats, and covers typical monthly usage for each tier; overages are a transparent pass-through.
What happens if I exceed my monthly token allowance?expand_more
You can purchase additional token blocks billed at cost as a pass-through line item. Because the allowance is a shared workspace pool, usage from every seat draws down the same balance.
Can I change tiers later?expand_more
Yes. Pilot converts to a paid tier when you are ready. Paid plans can upgrade or downgrade at the next billing cycle. B2B Partner terms are set in the channel agreement.
Is annual billing available?expand_more
B2B Partner licenses are typically billed annually upfront. Online Starter and Professional support monthly billing; annual prepay options are available through sales.
